Format:Audio CD
The summer is a perfect time to release a compilation album, particularly for all those sweaty clubbers in and out of Ibiza.
From what I have heard from previews, Clubland 5 follows a very similar formula to the first four albums, so if you liked volumes one, two, three and four then you should find volume five just as satisfying. The sound of the music is as commercial as you can get. The record company always get a DJ to mix the tunes into continuous play, so each track is played back to back. There are a few extended or alternative mixes as per usual, but most of the versions included are usually radio versions. This is good from the point of view that you will be familiar with the version included, but it does mean that some of the better tunes leave you wanting more.Volume five contains 40 tracks and although there maybe one or two that have you reaching for the skip button, the listening experience is generally uplifting, energetic and pleasing throughout. I just can't wait until it is realeased.

This is a fantastic cd! all of the songs r really uplifting and happy and its great for the summer. its got all the best dance songs on it and was well worth buying. the first cd is the best and has some good remakes of old songs such as hungry eyes and poison. ive listend to it over and over and never get bored of it. although its probably not for more hardcore clubbers, its great for anyone who likes a bit of dance/pop music 2 get them in a good mood! i bought clubland 2 and this was a similar style, no other dance compilations have matched it, buy it!

Some of these tracks on 'Clubland 5' are excellent, with typical club devices and some fantastic uplifting layers and lyrics. Read more

Don't bother buying this CD. I'm very disappointed with this release. I always look forward to buying the compilations, but this one is rubbish. Read more

Not too bad.....but struggling compared the first albums...
I think that if you like cheesier stuff that tends to do quite well in the charts then by all means this maybe exactly what you're after - It's quite boppy in places! Read more

ewww ....
If i could have rated 0 stars i would have done. This album is truly shocking and is the worst thing ive ever heard. There are about 3 half decent songs across the whole 2 CD's.
