Format:Audio CD
I bought this album in Amsterdam (where I had also the opportunity to see Mario Pacheco's live concert a couple a months ago). Guitar compositions and performances are nothing short of impressive, as are the melodic and passionate Fado voices. It must be mentioned that CD/DVD sound quality is outstanding, something I can not say about many live concert recordings. Highly recommended.

One of the best portuguese musicians, one of the best Fado composers ever, some of the best Fado singers, amazing setting, amazing picture and sound quality!!! What more do you need??? Oh, right...AND IT'S A BARGAIN! Buy it!

The most magical of all Portugese guitar players and with the emotional fado singing as well .Mario is totally envolved in in playing, such a master.
Having seen him playing close up , at his Club de Fado in Lisbon , the evening was a true ' once in a life time' experience, which I will never forget. No trip to Lisbon is complete with out a visit to his club and its wonderful professional performances of singers and other musicians.(the food was wonderful too).
This CD is my most played one since recieving it as a birthday present- highly recomended.
