I was delighted with my copy of this book. It has patterns for a wardrobe of pretty clothes for four different sizes of child-dolls. There are tips and suggestions for appropriate fabrics and trims, instructions for fitting the patterns to different sized dolls and it is clear and beautifully illustrated throughout.
This book is well worth the price and provides and excellent resource for the keen doll-dresser, though it is more aimed at those with a bit of sewing experience than absolute beginners.

A delightful book of patterns, fabric & trim suggestions, and tips for making wardrobes of clothes for four sizes of child doll (11, 14, 16 and 18 inches), with tips for adapting the patterns for in-between sizes of doll.
Although not for complete beginners (the sewing instructions are minimal, as a pre-existing level of sewing knowledge is assumed) it nevertheless provides a wealth of patterns and ideas for the doll-dressing enthusiast.
My one, small, complaint about the book would be that a few of the pattern pieces are mis-labelled in minor ways ("centre back" where it should be "centre front", front-opening bodice and back-opening bodice pieces with lbels swapped etc) but it's fairly easy to sort out the errors by looking at all the pieces before deciding which ones you need for a project.

A beautiful book, full of very pretty doll clothes in four different sizes. The full size patterns and the ideas are great. Worth buying just to look at if you sew for dolls!
