Woman's World - Everyone knows this track as it has been Knocking about for the past year or so,simple pop/dance track, despite a lively bridge ("torn up,busted, taken apart..")
The song seems to drift along between these bridges not really saying much.

Take it like a man - Amazing intro and then the song kicks in and turns into a pulsating dance anthem that wouldn't sound out of place in a gay club, really catchy and one of the best songs on the album.

My love - This song instantly reminded me of brit-dance-pop from the mid-late 90's,really nice song with gorgeous lyrics,a dance-love song at its finest!!!

Dressed to kill - Written by the ordinary boys frontman (preston) and originally his debut solo single, cher nails this song from start to finish! The Blondie song 'Atomic' springs to mind when hearing the HI- NRG production, stand out track for sure!

Red - if I'm totally honest this is pretty so so when compared to the rest of the dance tracks on the album, sounds too much like "just dance" by Gaga, not impressed.

Lovers Forever - Originally intended for inclusion on the 'interview with a Vampire' soundtrack, the track has been re-worked from a dark piano-led goth style ballad into an almost 80's PWL song (With better lyrics tho),I personally found this track one of the most interesting out of all 11 tracks, partly as it is co-written by cher herself which is not common in her back catalogue, personally my favourite track.

I Walk alone - Love this!!! Has a gypsy sounding quality to it,reminds me of some of her early work, has a banjo hook running all the way through it,interesting song.

Cher has proven with her new album that she has the longevity career, ability to sing several idioms, and come out consistently as a great song stylist.
Her current single "I hope you find it" shows her at home in pop country.
Her brilliant dance monster "Take it like a man" gives any dance diva a challenge. Cher's romantic "MY Love" is a soaring Pet Shop Boys-esque siren song that carries the listener to the pearly gates of heaven.
. Cher is simply an international symbol of strength beauty and talent. The album has many great cuts, and it should be one of her biggest in her career. It is a testament to her fans that she rides the decades with strength and fortitude. It is truly amazing how great she sounds in 2013!

This is Cher still belting out brilliance in every track. She is at her best here with little use or her famous vocoder effect (except on the fabulous 'Take It Like A Man' where it shines)
Rounded, modern and classic Cher!

She's loved and hated, glorified and mocked. I have to say I'm proud of her and this truly beautiful record. It was never going to be understood universally but for her to come out at 67 and create and album like this (and doing it all with confidence) you can't put her down on that.
From the high energy start to the slower ending, there are many words to describe it but the one word that can sum any Cher album up is GENUINE. You know she's doing it because it makes her happy and it's what she wants to do. Her face shows it when she performed 'I hope you find it' on xfactor.
I honestly couldn't pick 1 ultimate favourite song from this as there are so many that tick all the right boxes, but there are 2 that I don't really like;

Woman's World - Terribly generic and a bland leading single compared to the rest.

I Don't Have To Sleep To Dream - Vocals are great but Timbaland's production seems half finished, as if he couldn't be bothered or maybe he was out of his depth producing a 90s style dance track for a 67 year old, which is a shame as this song had a lot more potential.

Although I've been laughed at a lot for liking her, this is and will always be one of my favourite albums. It was something I didn't believe would happen for a long time through all the twitter announcements and rumours She's really lived up to her name and if it is overlooked at least I can know that it's a great product that true Cher fans can get lost in.

What a sparkling career this 'Lady' has had down the years, perhaps more than
many would care to admit, (years that is)
In the early years she of course recorded with ex-husband 'The late' 'Sonny Bono'
The pair had a string of chart successes with numbers such as 'Little Man' 'All
I Ever Need is You' and the song everyone remembers 'I've Got You Babe'
The pair also had a successful career in the States with TV shows including
'Sonny and Cher's' Comedy Hour' ( 1971-74 ) and 'The Sonny and Cher Show' (1976-7)
As a solo artist she of course continued to pepper the charts with Hit's like
'Bang Bang' 'Gypsies Tramps and Thieves' 'If I Could Turn Back Time' and of course
'The Shoop Shoop Song' ...just a few of many fond memories i have down the years.
'Cher' of course also starred in several movies including 'The Witches of Eastwick'
'Mermaids' and more recently in 'Burlesque' not forgetting my favourite of hers
'Mask' again just some of roles down the years,
*This album is her first for 12 long years, in '2001' Living Proof'
In this release there are many Stand out numbers on board, proving the voice we all
remember is 'Alive and Well' .......among the 'super' sounds on board ..'Woman's
World' (which has been around for a while) ..'Dressed to Kill' ...'Lovers Forever'
...'Favourite Scars' ..'I Walk Alone' ...along with her version of the 'Miley Cyrus'
Hit 'I Hope You Find It' (recently performed on the X-Factor)...these among several
great songs that, for me, bring the memory of her contribution to music I've followed
down the years flooding back.
