I bought this as a present for a little boy that is Star Wars and Star Wars The Clone Wars obsessed and I have to admit that I'm a little disappointed with it.
The Annual itself looks great and is very eye catching. Unfortunately though, there seems to be very little in it apart from stories. It has 4 stories which are each 16 pages long...so given that the book itself is only 110 pages this means that it's well over half full of stories that a little Clone Wars fan may already be familiar with. Apart from the stories there are character profiles and then a few what feel like token puzzles, some of which will take very little time to complete. The puzzles include a coded message, identifying silhouettes, sudoku, wordsearch and a counting puzzle and there are a few colouring/drawing tasks too. Don't get me wrong - I'm sure the little boy that I intended this for will think it's great...but I was really hoping that there would be a little more content in there other than stories - a few more things to do. Having seen both, I would recommend the Star Wars Annual 2011 over this as there are a lot more activities in there to keep a child busy.
