This book holds many dozens of glossy photos of the many characters and amazing bizarre costumes and make up effects from Clive Barkers stunning fantasy horror film Nightbreed from his novella Cabal.

Fantastic accessory for Nightbreed fans! 9 Oct. 2011

I love Clive Barker; I love his imagination and way with words. I also loved the novella Cabal. When Nightbreed came out as a movie I knew that I would always love it, and I still do, twenty years later. My children love the movie as well, along with Barker's writings.

When I found this addendum to the novella and movie I was very excited and searched for a place from which to purchase it. Thank Goodness for Once it arrived I was glad that I spent the money. This is a catalog of all the creatures that appear in the movie Nightbreed with descriptions of their past lives. Even creatures that were given only one second of film time or showed up only in the background are listed, along with the main players. The pictures are gorgeous, the descriptions vivid, and the book is as decently made as any other thick cover paperback with glossy pages. I am glad that we have it.
Hit and Miss 30 Sept. 2014

I had seen this years ago in a slightly different format at a scifi convention. Its good as far as it goes, and is definitely something I've been wanting, but I seem to remember more detail about the actors who played the parts, as well, in the other format. Or, I just could be hallucinating. Long live the 'breed!

I wanted this for a long time 13 Feb. 2013

I'd give it 5 stars but it does not have all the monsters in the it's a very apreciated pieze in my collection that I wanted for a long time, but it'd be great if Barker could write another book, bigger, with all the monsters.
