This is an excellent product, and we actually used it to lock a larder cupboard, and it worked superbly. Unfortunately, it recently snapped (after 18 months, so not too bad)
If you are experiencing any problems with this item as a fridge lock, may I suggest using one of the Clippasafe toilet locks instead.
We have one on each of the fridge, freezer and dishwasher (as well as on the loo), and it works superbly.
I waw one comment that if you have a curved door on your fridge, the fridge lock doesn't work as well, and this negates that problem superbly

If there is a right angle between the side and the door of your fridge then this is a great unit and would be solid, however the front of my fridge has a slight curve to it making this clip useless as would never face up when closing the door

The fridge lock was fixed and seemed to be a great way of keeping things safe. Unfortunately, the following day, I found the lock glue had not held, a cat had managed to break it!!!??? If a cat can break it, I am sure that a child would be able to do the same.

Fridge Lock
This was really good buy. Very easy to fit. Keeps little fingers out of fridge. So good I bought another for my daughter. Would definitely recommend.

Coming unstuck
It functions well but the sticky pads are useless and I ended up paying twice as much as the item cost on some very strong adhesive

not very good
This item didn't last long. Kept coming off and was a pain in the bum! Would rather my sons kept going in the fridge than having 2 keep sorting the lock out

fridge lock
Absolutely useless! doesn't even fit the shape of my fridge door which is quite a standard fridge. When it;s stuck it falls straight off when you try to open the lock.

It does exactly what it says & in this case stops a clever cat from opening my fridge plus it is very easy to open

Fridge secure
Trying to keep four Huskies out of the fridge has been imposible until now.Fits in seconds easy to open by adults.My fridge doot is slightly curved but it still fitted no problem.
