As Grandparents, we watched our first grandchild learning to walk and realised that neither of us would be quick enough to catch her if she was determined to run away. Having used reins for our own son, we purchased the Clippasafe Easy Wash Harness and, one day collecting her from nursery, we just popped them on and we were off, no problem. It certainly has given us peace of mind. Her parents, however, have found it impossible to get her to accept reins attached to a small backpac. Sometimes the old ways are best! The product is easy to put on, brightly coloured and seems very safe.

Bought this harness to go with the East Coast folding highchair. I snipped off the old one leaving the d-rings in place. The harness has two attachments which loop on to the d-rings then clip on to the harness that goes around babies tummy and over the shoulders. My baby is sixteen months and it is plenty big enough. Washes easily by hand or in machine so nice and hygienic for feeding baby. Also comes with long strap for walking with baby.
Highchairs now seem to come with harnesses that are impossible to clean. As long as you have d-rings or somewhere safe to attach this harness you should be able to replace your old dirty one with a nice new one that can be hygienically cleaned!

Very useful when traveling and in crowded places as my daughter likes her 'independence' but the straps dig in to the baby when I try to hold her back or when she falls and try to hold her up by the straps. Pretty good product, but wish the harness straps were padded in the front. Also seem to get a lot of dirty looks from other people (usually the ones without children!) for keeping my child on a leash lol

Bright and cheerful reins - great for tripp trapp

strong but short
Bought this for the reins. It's strong and easy to fit and clean. But the reins are quite short.
