I am surprised by other reviews. I like these door stoppers and am buying more. I'm sure they could be broken if used on a very deep door, but for all the doors in my house they fit well. I like these over another brand I bought because they are can be removed temporarily if not required (eg. at night when my baby is in bed and I want to keep noise and heat in my lounge), unlike some which require permanent fitting to the door or adjacent wall. They are also instantly fitted to, or removed from, doors with one hand (convenient if you have a baby in the other).

Great simple door stopper that actually works. Perfect as my little one has a habit of trying to close all the doors in the house!

I like this product and I have had no issues fitting these to wide doors. We have the original doors in our house (built in 1910) and so are quite wide. They fitted with ease and are not unsightly and therefore you are not drawn to them, which is what I wanted.
My only issue is with Amazon as there was a limit to purchasing only 5 and I wanted 8 - one for each door, so I went direct to Clippasafe who allowed me to purchase 8 in one order - bizarre!

Broke within 2 days
I bought this genuine clippasafe door stopper - 2 of them and they broke within 48 hours. These were not the cheapo version - Genuine clippasafe ones. Read more

Poor quality
This door stopper snapped on one side after 2 days of using it. I stuck it back together & used it for 2 more days then the other side snapped. It ended up in the bin!
