Received the product and set up ok, everything fine. Just a few short weeks later the 'receive' button stopped working and following email contact with the company, I packed it up in a jiffy bag and returned to the address advised.
A few weeks later, due to no response, I tried ringing the company on a number of occasons but NEVER got through. Since then, we have exchanged approx' ten emails, in which time they have asked me 4 times, "Did I have proof of postage"?.
My answer the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th time is "No". Yes, my fault, I have lost my proof of postage and am stupid. However, the fact their 'customer services dept', (Mmmm), have asked me FOUR times the same question, begs the question, "Is their 'returns dept' as incompetent as their customer services dept"?.
As they have now chosen to not respond to my latest email, I can only conclude they are 'washing their hands' of me and I am history.
My message is, POOR PRODUCT, and should you choose to still buy one, PLEASE ensure you don't be stupid like me and lose your proof of posting the faulty item back.
