This is one of the core textbooks for my dental therapy course at UHI. I'm in first year and for the first 6 months didn't have one as we were told we didn't need it until Christmas, and I was skint! It has been helpful in the second semester and I'm sure it will be for the next 2 years. Still need lots of other books to get through everything though!

Good book, has good content, however it does not cover everything in the hygiene/therapy sylibis. The Q's & A's section at the end of each chapter was great but not always the 1st book I would pick up for an easy read. It was a bit of an effort to get stuck into it. Although it is 1 of the few books I have kept since graduating just in case :-)
