Product Description

Review

"This is a really useful book, with a clear and logical arrangement of chapters. It discusses the different treatments at the podiatrist's disposal, providing good diagrammatic and photographic illustration to aid understanding, as well as discussing treatments options for specific client groups and the factors that need to be considered.

I would recommend it to any undergraduate as a key text book, very readable and worth investing in."

Liz Perkins, University of Southampton

Product Description

This is a textbook for podiatry students and others, which looks at the treatment options for foot problems, how the appropriate selections should be made and how they should be incorporated into the management of the affected patient. The text is in 3 main sections: the essential principles of managing foot disorders; methods for managing foot conditions; and the management of specific client groups.

Excellent book 31 Aug 2007
This is a really useful book, with a clear and logical arrangement of chapters. It discusses the different treatments at the podiatrist's disposal, providing good diagrammatic and photographic illustration to aid understanding, as well as discussing treatments options for specific client groups and the factors that need to be considered. I have used this book both as a resource to research particular foot disorders and their treatment option and to gain an over view of a particular therapy and its podiatric uses in my first year studies. The references provided have also enabled me to go on to access other materials relevant to my studies. I would recommend it to any undergraduate as a key text book, very readable and worth investing in.

This is also a very good book.

So if you are doing Podiatry do buy both just not one.

Or you can also buy Neales Disorders of the Foot that is a really good book.

This is a review from Podiatry Student going into final year.

Cardiff met student.
