I got this book for my preparations for exams as I felt my actual understanding of pharmacology was insufficient.
This book found me rediscovering all those things my physiology teacher imprinted so long ago in a very easy to read
and understandable fashion, while always linking it to relevant pathology.
Tables of effects with pros/cons in detail while the actual physiologic reaction is explained before you get there.
If u find pharmacology difficult or simply want to understand it better this is a book to have.

Pretty good book. Gives am overview of each system. I'm in the nurse practitioner program and this book is extremely helpful. This book is also an easy read.
