I received new hardback text book to find approximately 50 pages missing.
Chapter 4 is followed by Chapter 11. There was no quality control carried out on this product, and it was obviously not checked prior to despatch. I am extremely disappointed and may not use Amazon again. the rating for this is a minus score but the system does not allow it.

Very clear and concise. Good clinical information for the practising clinician combined with a good biomechanical anaysis of the lower extremities.
