I have the pleasure of recommending this textbook to everybody involved in Anaesthetics. I have studied for my Diploma in Anesthesiology [DA(SA)] from this book last year and found it to be completely sufficient for that purpose. I think it is extremely valuable for junior grades as an allround textbook, but the advanced problem cases which are presented will surely be found challenging by senior grades as well.

This is a wonderful book for students, young doctors and specialists. It has everything needed to become an excellent anesthesiologist.I bought it from Amazon , it arrived just on time and was in better condition than i've expected, like new! I recommend to those who have limited funds to search for used books, you can save up to 90% of the market price. Just keep developing yourselves by reading :)
