This book is used as the course book on advanced management consulting skills training courses by the Management Consultancy of Coopers & Lybrand in the UK.

A simply structured but comprehensive book that challenges the reader to consider the role of a management consultant, and then provides insightful suggestions about how the role adopted will influence the choice of intervention styles. Contains several useful models and easy to remember techniques. Highly recommended.
