this is a very strong line and it allows you to let your dog run free without the fear of it runing away,and give them a gentle tug when they don't respond to command until they finaly start to respond. couldn't manage without it.
Perfect bit of kit for recall training my Beaffy pup and for walks in non-enclosed public places.
Supplied hand loop free so I was able to stitch custom handles at 2ft for short lead and heel training, 4ft for normal pavement walking and then the huge 10m for letting loose and running with the dog which was not easy for me in ankle deep mud but the lead coped perfectly. Mud just wipes off and the water doesnt really absorb so the line never gets too heavy. Very happy with both the product and the service, have already re-used the seller to buy a dog flap!

I bought this not with training in mind, but because I was going on holiday and wanted a long line for walking my dog close to cliffs and in unknown terrain, still giving him freedom to roam around. I found it was a bit too long for that, all the time getting tangled up in his legs, looking very uncomfortable for him. With a bit of practise and concentration from my side we worked it out though. Have not used it as a means for training my dog.
