This is a low carb, not Paleo recipe book. It starts off telling you about the benefits of a low carbohydrate diet and then goes on to give recipes for savoury and sweet things. Some use artificial sweeteners. The recipes are all easy to make and use readily available ingredients. This book doesn't use fancy or expensive ingredients and so is a really good introduction for anyone wanting to start on a low carb eating plan.

This is a recipe book with low carb but not paleo recipes. In it's introduction it explains why a low carbohydrate diet is better for your health than a low fat diet and goes on to give lots of recipes for sweet and savoury dishes to help you along your way. For each recipe it gives the calories, fat, carbohydrates, fibre and protein. It uses inexpensive ingredients and all the meals are fairly easy to prepare. A good intro into low carb eating.

I was looking for a book to break up the boring part of a carb diet by hoping for some new inspiration.. Sadly this didn't deliver for me. Personally there was only 3 recipes that I would like to try, one includes a low carb brownie so that will defiantly excite things up.
Defiantly a book for those experienced in carb diets who already no what foods you can have unlimited and which with restriction and not atal etc
