I am really glad that I bought this towel. We have a ten-week old son, and the thought of doing a bath on my own when my husband went back to work two months ago really stressed me out - where was I going to put the towel for when he came out, was he going to get too cold... This towel has solved the problem. I just clip it around my neck before we leave the nursery, he enjoys his bath and then goes straight onto my chest onto the towel when he comes out and the bottom half flips over him to keep him warm. These are the things that I like about it:
1) Nice big size (he is only ten weeks old but very long)
2) Hood is a good size too, I foresee that it will last quite a long time despite a growing head!
3)The poppers have worked every time. They are easy to close and also to open again with one hand whilst using the other hand to support my baby before I put him down to dress him
4) Very aborbent
5) Still nice and fluffy despite having been washed and tumble dried frequently
6) Seems to keep baby warm and therefore he is calm (and I feel calmer too!)
7) I feel that it is good value for money (not sure though about paying twice the amount for a different brand as this does the job, in my opinion)

Love the idea, perfect when I'm doing a bath on my own. I wanted to buy the cuddledry towel but this was significant cheaper. After few washes, a seam of the hood has come unstitched and it's less soft than expected.
