Reminder from James:
A body can never be lean unless it's clean. That s the first principle, and it's toxins, which are stored in the fat cells, that you need to avoid. If you're dieting, but toxic, your body will lose fat, but the toxins will have nowhere to go other than back into your system. This is why you often soon feel terrible after starting a diet tired, lethargic and headachey. Your body quickly decides it doesn't like feeling this way and therefore holds on to fat in order to store toxins, and so the cycle continues. If you're toxic, you ll always struggle to lose weight and, ironically, many diets make you more toxic with all their low-fat/high-sugar advice. However, if you stick to clean foods that are toxin-free, unprocessed and close to their natural state, you'll lose weight easily and keep it off.

I have been following the clean & lean system for a while now and it has changed my life. I feel sooo much better: full of energy, healthy and in good form. This book offers a great variety of recipes: they are easy but not boring at all. No excuse to eat rubbish food anymore!! It is divided in several sections: breakfast, lunch, dinner, cheats and treats and smoothies. There is everything for everyone, with a lot of variety. It provides a brief intro on the clean and lean system for those who are not familiar with it, an introductory 14 days detox plan and useful tips on how to stay on track.
NOTE: this is NOT a diet book. This is a healthstyle manual that will change your mindset and the way that you see (and eat) food forever. Great!! Buy also the previous Clean & Lean books for body exercises and more recipes. You will not be disappointed.

I got this book along with the clean and lean diet book and I've gotta say it's brilliant, ive made loads of the recipes from this book and they are all easy and non time consuming and taste great, my husband was even impressed with the taste and he is totally health food phobic! I would defiantly recommend this along side clean and lean as it opens you eyes to loads of flavours and meals you otherwise may have never have come up with!

Got all of the clean and lean diet books, definitely worth a look, have been on the diet for just under a year and have lost 2 and half stone, its not a diet its a change of lifestyle.
