I always thought that I am a healthy person but after reading this I know that my diet is not in anyway healthy and sooner or later what I eat will take a toil on my body. This book offers great information about clean eating, it's numerous benefits; and it has great advice on how I can get started on clean eating. I'll definitely give clean eating a try to be healthier.

This is by far the most beneficial food related book that I have came across. I am not overweight by any means but I am a chef and I try to indulgence in as much diet related reading material as possible; usually I can be quite critical to most books I find on amazon - but there's literally nothing bad that I could say about this book. The writing style is clear and concise, getting straight to the point and making the best use of every single page.

What I admire most about this book is how it covers foods that you should look out for AND specific foods that you must avoid. I can definitely vouch that the information outlined in this book is professional and well-researched and the best part is that it's easy to understand and actually practical. I am very impressed with the book, I will be keeping an eye out for future releases by Jennifer Williams
