I'm glad that I only paid 77p for this book. The author gives a basic grounding for anyone who doesn't know what clean eating is. I'm not sure about her idea to 'stop eating out' being particularly realistic or helpful. There is nothing in this book that you can't find out by googling 'clean eating' to be honest.

I bought the kindle edition of this book out of interest as I have been following the James Duigan Clean and Lean approach to eating for the past 6 months and thought it would be interesting to read another book on the subject. It is good, sensible advice and works!
