Like i said....dont even bother. A kacky book that does not have anything exciting inside it.
I purchased this for my girls to try some morrocan cooking as their brother was marrying a morrocan girl.....but this book did not grab their interest. they took one look at it and put it down never to be picked up again.

fantastic bit of kit
makes slow cooking easy with the tangine the cook book is easy to follow and you get the best results
