The Roses I ordered were delivered to another street. When I telephoned at the end of the day , I was informed that I had signed for them at 11am. To cut a long story short and after hanging on the end of a telephone , I was informed that they had been delivered to another street not far away, I can collect them there. I did collect them but I followed this up with a complaint on the telephone. To cut another long story short, the manager then became involved and the outcome was that I would receive another bouquet of Roses on Monday. At 4pm on Monday I telephoned to ask if there had been a change of mind. This was investigated and I received a telephone call to say they would be arriving before 4:55pm. They arrived at 4.30pm. The driver apologized and assured us that it was a genuine mistake. We accepted this and explained it was the attitude and response of only one person that made me complain. Something I rarely do. I find it quite embarrassing to ask a stranger for flowers delivered by mistake 5 hours earlier. However, the flowers were nice.
