Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow is one of the greatest games ever.
I played it on a new Windows 7 computer and everything ran fine. Anyone who hasn't played it when it came out should definitely buy it now. These days there are hardly any games like this and most games today are simply too primitive.

This is a very good sequel to the original, it seems like a much more recent game than it actually is.
Don't listen to other reviews saying that it's not compatible with Windows 7 or a high spec PC as this is not the case - the game installs perfectly and you don't even have to run it in Compatibility Mode. Would highly recommend - especially considering the price.

Fun:
I bought this and several other PC games in the Amazon reduced games special offer. Unfortunately not one of the games will play on a new computer. I had mistakenly assumed that if Amazon were selling it then it would be ok, however it is not the case. My computer runs Windows 7 and the control instructions for the games just will not work. I am really really disappointed but I waited too long before having the time to try the games so I can not return them. Please be aware unless you are running a very old computer system they will not work. If I can find a fix I will add to my comment but at the moment the net is full of others like myself who are to say the least annoyed at the situation.
