Keeping up-to-date and informed about the changes to the Civil Procedure Rules is important to practitioners and students alike. Affordable, accessible, and portable, this handbook is an ideal complement to the larger narrative texts in the area. The clear structure ensures ease of reference across the rules as well as specialist matters.
Published on an annual basis to ensure currency, and to meet the needs of the vocational market, this new edition contains all the Civil Procedure Rules, Practice Directions, and Pre-Action Protocols approved to April 2012, including the 58th update to the CPR.
