What can I say?
This movie is what a long time Troma fan has been waiting for:
An over-the-top gore soaked, erotic, hilarious, sick movie filled with scream queens and noticable b-movie stars and heavy metal music. I applaud troma president Lloyd Kaufman for making a movie that resurrects New Jersey's finest superhero The Toxic Avenger in a film that rivals The original Toxic Avenger movie.
We see our beloved superhero take on the diaper mafia who blow up a school for the very special (ok, retarded) causing a parralell universe to open up and Toxie is landed in Amortville (the vil tromavile) whilst Tromaville has to face toxies evil droppelganger the Noxious Offender.

I purchased this film six months ago, and i am more then impressed ! im delighted. The dvd was in perfect condition and didnt have to wait a long time for delivery!!!!!

Citizen Toxie is the most crazy and random film i have ever seen, probably thats why i love this movie soooo much. It was made in 2000 and was directed by Lloyd Kaufman, who made the previous Toxic Avenger movies as well as many more random movies through troma inc. The story consists of the mighty Toxic Avenger (Clyde Lewis) and two teenagers that accidently get pulled into a parallel universe due to his sidekick Chester/lardass (Joe Fleishaker) by smothering peanut butter over dynamite that is about to explode and eats it !!!!!
Toxie enters the new universe and gets replaced by evil toxie, as a result of this life in the original universe is made a living hell. Therefore the mayor of tromorville provides an elite set of failed superheros to take out evil toxie, these include, sgt.Kabukiman NYPD (Paul Kymerse), Dolpin man, The Vibrator, Master-Bater, and Mad cowboy. Meanwhile good toxie is searching around the new universe trying to find a way back to the universe he came from.
This film has a very weired storyline but it works, and for people who like random films and endless gore this is deffo the film for you!

.Citizen Toxie: Toxic Avenger 4 (2pc) (Unrated) [DVD] [2003] [US Import] [NTSC]This film is SICK...I think that means 'good' nowadays.That really real bikini news girl is gorgeous..Sweetie Honey and the Retarded Rebel are THE most convincing dimwits I've ever seen...and my brother works with people like that..so I should know!This movie has it all-gore aplenty,knockers,laughs and Lemmy out of Motorhead.There are some scenes that are quite disgusting-bodily fluids flying about include plop,weewee,blood and some poor bloke even gets a mouthful of nob-snot!Like I said-disgusting!
