this product is useless. we purchased 2 and neither held their charge for longer than 15 minutes. i contacted the seller and arranged an exchange. the next 2 we received were even worse, holding their charge for less than 10 minutes each. so the 4 that i've had have all been rubbish. its probably worth paying extra to get the official products which i what i'm going to do, rather than waste your time ordering these onesCiscotech Xbox 360 Play Charge Kit Rechargeable Battery Pack & 2 year "replace for new" warranty!!

I got this for my little brothers xbox 360 and it works perfect!
the price was amazing and was delivered in 2 days with the free super saver delivery option.
This lasts ages and does not take long to charge, when it is charging you can still play too.
i have just got myself a xbox 360 and decided to just buy the official play and charge kit in the shops instead of online, as i needed it fast and dont want to get batterys. and to tell the truth it is the same as the official one just not official.
One problem, while charging the battery pack goes warm and this does not happen with the official one. but its okay as it doesent go too warm.
I have had this for months now and it still works perfect, just like new. and trust me, this has been put to its limits as my little brother loves xbox and plays it all the time.
I highly recomend this as its brilliant, it isent cheap made and doesent break.

Awful battery life
Charges the battery for no more than about 20 mins, awful product. I wish I'd bought the official Microsoft product, saving money has been of no benefit
