I bought this to replace my old box. This one gives better performance, and is not that difficult to set up. The documentation is lacking, though, if you want to do anything "interesting", both with the item and available online. My 'phone was failing to make calls, and it turned out to be due to a restriction on the characters in one name field, but there was no error message to explain this, nor any mention of it in any documentation. There are some really interesting parameters you could set, but I don't touch them since I don't fully understand what they do. Very good product. Good service from the seller.

Nice and neat little box, about 10x10x2 cm. Works fine, once you get it working. Like all internet gizmos, you have to get everything configured exactly how your individual system needs it.
One annoying thing is that as it is being sold as a UK market item, it would be good if you could plug a UK (BT) phone into it, without having to discover this on receipt and then having to order a BT/RJ11 adaptor cable.

Absolutely great device considering acceptable price.
It is easy to set up following very robust manual included on the attached CD. From opening the box till making first SIP phone call it took me about 25 minutes (including the time for reading the manual).
Positively surprised with the quality of SIP calls. It was impressively better than when accessing the same provider port through my standard land line phone.
I connected cordless phone with three receivers around the house and all of them work perfectly providing the same crystal clear quality.
I haven't tried connecting land line through the adapter but there is such an option.
I definitely recommend this adapter to everyone using VOIP or SIP for personal use. All of it for a fraction of the price of a telephone with in-build VOIP adapter.

AS ABOVE, WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE CHEAP RELIABLE CALLS WITHOUT COSTLY LINE RENTAL.
