Got these as we're redoing our kitchen and I fancied a decent set of pans for once. Firstly price was excellent, and delivery was very quick. Pans are superb quality, great to cook with and not too heavy, but solid enough to ensure even heating. Very easy to clean, look great, very high quality feel to all of it. Also, quite important to me were the negative reviews based on handles overheating which put me off a bit, however, having used them a lot, don't worry. Yes, the handles heat up a bit, but I had one sat on a full gas ring for 25 minutes and could still easily use the handle without protection. Obviously, if you're gonna stick one in an oven at 200 degrees then don't expect to be able to pick it up without some oven gloves!!

We bought these to replace an ageing Le Creuset set which were OK but we found them too heavy and cumbersome to use together with the problems that stoneware suffers from in terms of controlability through heat retention. These pans are superb and we are very pleased with them (we have since added the Chef's pan and their Wok to the collection).
The pans are not to heavy, are extremely well made, have good tight fitting lids and the non-stick qualities are excellent. They also look very nice. We did consider these alongside the Anolon alternative but having seen the Anolon in a shop we felt these looked much better. I have used these on a professional cookery course (Diploma) I am doing and the tutors also commented very positively upon the quality of the pans.
We are very happy with this purchase and with the Amazon price and delivery. Highly recommended!!!

This product lived up to my title for this review,great expectations! The pans are a delight to use and clean! They lived up to all the other reviews and more besides. I did wonder if the handles would get hot but they stay cool enough to handle without protection and also they are not too heavy. They must be econmoical to use as I have the gas truned down low.
These pans are the first I have had in over 40 years of marriage that allowed me to leave something to simmer without worrying about it burning and sticking to the bottom of the pan and congratulations Amazon for a really good deal in the five pan set
All in all I am very satsified with them and would recommend them to anyone.

These pans are excellent. I had a new induction hob and wanted some pans that were as good as my anolon commercial ones. I thought that only stainless steel worked on induction and was delighted to discover these. They are also dishwasher safe which is brilliant.

I have had Meyer Circulon pans in the past; personal circumstances separated me from them, and I just can't understand why anybody would buy anything other than these. The hi-lo cooking system prevents food from sticking and the lifetime guarantee means comfort for the owner. Apart from the fact that these pans are not that expensive in the first place, you won't find better value for such quality cookware that can be used on ANY cooking surface.

I had ooo-ed and aaah-ed over these or the stainless steel version to adorn my new black and white kitchen. Having spent a considerable amount of time and money in replacing all white goods with black goods etc and crockery and cutlery I wanted my saucepans to fit in too. Here I was disappointed. The saucepans are nowhere near black. They look darker on the pictures but are very much grey. In addition, I think they may be better placed in a farmhouse kitchen as they look somewhat rustic and 'blocky'. I wish I had purchsed the stainless steel versions now.
However, they do cook beautifully. Nothing sticks and nothing burns. When cleaning, you soak for 5 minutes and the food remnants simply float off!
They are quite heavy, particularly when in use and full of something. The lid handles get too hot to touch without protection and make it impossible to 'drain' vegetables etc by setting the lid askew and pouring out the water.
Just be careful what cooking implements you use with them. I also purchased the Circulon set of implements Circulon 5 Piece Tool Set, Black thinking they would be suitable and find that although the ends are silicon/plastic and therefore are good for using with these, the main length of handles are metal and can easily scrape at the edges of your saucepan if you stir and stand your implment in the pot or like some of us, tap it on the side before removing to ensure no dripping of contents.

We bought this set less than two years ago as part of our wedding present.
We were delighted with them when they first arrived. They seemed good quality and they were non-stick as described. You really hardly needed any oil for cooking and they were very easy to clean. So far so good.
However, the non-stick coating is nowhere near as durable as advertised! We use them for our daily cooking but they don't get heavy usage as far as we're concerned. We have mostly wooden utensils and we have only washed them in the dishwasher on a couple of occasions (our dishwasher is tiny and handwashing the pans is more economical).
Now, less than two years down the line, they are only fit for the bin. The non-stick coating has started to bubble up and come off in flakes and there are even some rust patched on the bottom of a couple of the pans. We're so utterly disappointed.
We had a cheap rubbishy non-stick pan from IKEA that cost less than £2 that lasted longer than that! We also bought the Meyer Circulon baking sheet and again the coating has come off (we don't even bake that often!)
We thought we were buying something that would last us a long time,a life-time even, therefore justifying the high price, but have wasted our wedding money. Perhaps they are not designed for cooking, just for showing off on your shelf. Don't waste your money, you're guaranteed to get something much better for a lot less money!
