As with all circulon products this is excellent, but upon reflection I think I`ll replace it with the slotted one - which would make it easier to drain fried food. Otherwise it`s perfect.

Already having a set of circulon saucepans and other cooking utensils I thought this spatula should not disappoint. I was correct; it is an excellent tool, especially good for lifting eggs (fried and omlettes). Also, unlike so many other spatulas, so far it has not been distorted by the heat of the pan. I would strongly recommend it.
