I've had one of these glass lidded sauté pans for a couple of months now and although not cheap it was worth every penny.
The deep sides make this pan great for stews and curries cooked on the hob and it can even be used in the oven up to 180 degrees (though I've not tried that yet). The glass lid makes it easy to see inside without removing the lid, it holds 2.8 Litres which is a good size and the grip on the handle make it comfortable to hold without the handle getting too hot.
So far nothing has stuck to it, the heat distribution is good and I can leave stew simmering away and come back later to give it a stir without finding lumps that have stuck to the bottom. To clean I just leave it for a couple of minutes with hot soapy water in it and then just give it a quick wipe, easy as that!
Not the cheapest but worth the investment!
