I was looking for a yorkshire pud tin to replace my brilliant, though ancient and no longer non-stick, un-identified tin that has been a crucial part of our kitchen for more years than I care to remember. Previous attempts to replace have failed, and it has outlived many of its rivals. This time however it has met its match in the circulon version. I love circulon products and this is no exception, in fact it is perfection.

I purchased this tin after much deliberation. Like so many people, I owned a cheapie thin non-stick tin, which went bent, rusty & I ended up with disastrous yorkshires.
This tin is heavy & very non-stick indeed. It has been in the dishwasher a couple of times, but saying that, it is easy to wash by hand as nothing sticks.
On the downside, the pans are a little shallow. A couple of millimetres deeper would have been nicer. When you pre-heat with oil or fat, which is the traditional way, the oil slops out of it easily & is dicey to hold without getting burnt.
The non-stick is so slippy, it is hard to grip it with an oven glove or tea towel. Be careful not to shove it too far in on the oven shelf, make sure you put it in with one of the grip sides to the front & just over the edge so you can grasp it safely.
It cooks beautifully, & even if you burn them, they won't stick. The pans have circular ridges on, but I am not sure if that is just a Circulon brand gimmic or if it aids release.
Circulon ought to re-design it & add silicon handles for grip. I would like to see other tins in this range. This will undoubtedly last, but I have already scolded myself on it, so please take care.

This little tin is great for making fantastic Yorkshire puddings. Each section is a good size, allowing you to create proper Yorkshire puddings that can take some kind of filling or gravy, whilst the non-stick aluminium construction really does work excellently, meaning that all of the Yorkshire pudding goes on the plate and doesn't get left behind, stuck in the tin (which also means no holes in the Yorkshire puddings).
The handles at the side are somewhat useful to allow you to more easily pick up the tin, but whilst not perfect, they do lie fairly flat, making for easier storage. Buy more than one and they stack together exceedingly well, which is useful given how slipperly the non-stick is.
So far, nothing to complain about. The non-stick element doesn't appear to be a coating as such, but embedded throughout the material, so no worries about being ultra delicate with it. Keep the oven under 240 degrees or so (a 300 degree grill will cause damage) and everything should be fine.
Finally, whilst not recomended, I have put these in the dishwasher a few times with no ill effects, but to be honest, they are so easy to clean - just wipe them with hot soapy water - that this probably won't be tested too often.

Outstanding results!
