The shape is similar to a salad bowl, designed for easy tossing of vegetables. The Circulon Elite Open Stir-fry features the Total Ti Titanium composite Hi-Low release system exclusive to Circulon. This combines hi-low wave technology, with the most advanced non-stick formula available today. The hi-low interior groove system not only gives a high resistance to abrasion but requires very little or no oil, making for healthier cooking. The combination stainless steel and silicone handles will not heat up during cooking thus providing a cool confident grip.

i bought this ite to go with my circulon saucepans as they are excellent products i would recommend circulon to everybody
Smaller than I expected but very good quality - It is big enough for a family of 2 or 3 but if you have to cook for more than this it might become a little difficult.
