Need to exercise my legs,
By OverTheKneeOverTheMoon (LONDON) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Circle Glide Cross Trainer (Sports)
I am Happy with my purchase. Was nervous to purchase as worried I would get bored. You have to use it a lot though, I use it a few times a day and 3 days later the muscles at the top of my legs ache! I count to 100 at a time, I can manage that so far without being bored out of my mind. Its a fun workout changing from one direction to the next, almost like being on a swing. Great to step on when waiting for the microwave or brushing teeth (carefully). Light so can move it easily. Assembly was a bit tricky front-back back-front which way is it. But in the end its only two sets of screws to put in and attach the handle. The rest comes already setup. Arrives in a long box. I had to do something about my legs and the outside thigh and inside thigh are problem areas, walking is great - my favourite exercise. But this machine has a different motion to walking it works more side-to-side which is a great addition. Looking forward to the results, just dreaming of getting back in Jeans.

Sqeeky Circle Glide,
This review is from: Circle Glide Cross Trainer (Sports)
The ordering and delivery of the Circle Glide were excellant. To set it up was fine as my 10 year old and myself did that. I have had it for just over 2 months and use is for 20 mins 3 times a week. It now sqeeks and the elastics look like they are beginning to come undone with tiny strands coming out. Not sure what would happen if I had medium experiance and used it more. Enjoying it when I do use it just hoping nothing breaks as not sure how to get new elastic for it.

One of those must have and can't live without peices of kit!,

The Circle Glide is one of those must have and can't live without peices of kit! This is all about keeping the core strong. Focusing on posture & balance, it's designed to work the gluteals (bum), obilque (stomach muscles) and adductors (groin area), while giving you a good cardio workout, and boy does it do it - after only a couple of workouts you can really feel it in your shoulders, arms, and abs!! After around 3 months of use, 2 workouts a week at 30 minutes per session, I can see real improvements in the tone and definition of my legs, arms, and abs.The Glide is easy to setup yourself, and to use, and the accompanying free DVD and guide are really useful, allowing consistency and flow - it's very easy to move from one excercise to the next without stopping. There is a little noise as the pads move along the tram line, but overall this is easy to live with.
