3.0 out of 5 stars No need for this book? 25 April 2013
Hello to all those who are thinking of buying this book for similar reasons to why I bought it, there is no necessity, I wont criticise it too heavily but instead offer MY recommendation instead, if you wish to change your facial features then go and have the work done by Dr Brent Moelleken, if your smile is not making you grin then Dr Sprague is where you need to go and hair loss I suggest Dr Craig Ziering, laser eye Robert Moloney.so seriously I advise make an appointment with these people and discuss your goals and concerns and then reply back and let everyone know how it was for you, I saw Cindy on a tv show and she was explaining how she aided people to find the best surgeons OR you could just go and see the Practitioners who worked on her, funny thing is, I saw her in another interview recently and she was very defensive and somewhat angry so this made me think that she ultimately is not a happy bunny and the suicide of the Catman after all the surgeries he had done..really hit home surgery can make you look better IF done right and I truely believe that if you appear better you gain confidence and I am not claiming that Ms Jackson is stating it's the be all and end all..but please be cautious her book is well written and nicely illustrated, however after seeing her on televison I felt, she might not be the greatest person to point you in the right direction, i can only advise by my own experience, the people I have mentioned really are worth your time, eat healthy, exercise and be nice (not TOO nice) and if your looks are not what you want then subtle changes CAN help enough so you look better but not so much that people know you have had it done.
