After going to the gym a few times a week - and generally not seeing any results, I decided it may be easier (and cheaper) to work from home on a set programme.
Getting the three workouts in one collection is great, so it will take a while to work through them all. And they were created so you can mix and match the workout between the DVDs.
I've done around 20 workouts (each around 40 mins) from the first DVD - WOW! I've noticed such great results. I have STOMACH MUSCLES, and my LEGS AND BUM ARE TONED (don't notice much on my arms, but I'm not specifically targeting that area). And it didn't take very long for these results to show!
After the very first workout, it took almost a week to recover (simple things like climbing stairs became a slight issue!), but keep at it, and you will improve and see results.
