Christopher Fielden

Christopher Fielden has spent more than fifty years in the wine trade and, either selling, or seeking, wines has visited more than one hundred countries. Amongst his more exciting moments are being expelled from gabon, arriving in French Guiana by dug-out canoe and having his appendix removed in Sudan.
Amongst the wines that he has introduced on the British market are Jacob's Creek and D'Arenberg from Australia,, Marques de Caceres and Julian Chivite, from Spain, Graham Beck from South Africa and Felton Road from New Zealand.
He has written fifteen books and these have appeared inn a broad variety of languages.
He now lives in rural Wiltshire and spends his time walking the dog and playing the occasional game of social cricket as a specialist number eleven batsman.
