I have a 20 month old and thought this would be a good introduction to Christmas for him. However the stories are so badly written we have given it to a charity shop. The artwork is lovely but that's it.

This book contains 6 modern stories about either father Xmas or a snowman. They are well illustrated and about the right length for bedtime for my 2.5 year old. I was disappointed that there weren't any traditional Xmas stories in here, but maybe I didn't read the reviews! Some of the stories aren't really xmassy at all, the fact that a snowman is involved is the only link, but my little boy doesn't seem to mind. I can imagine we'll be bringing it out every Xmas for years to come, so well worth the money.
