I must disagree with the previous review. I bought this book two years ago for my 4-year-old and he loved it. He is now 6 and is still asking for the stories. What is wrong with having a baddy who gets caught by the police? (in one of the stories) Yes, there is a moral value behind the particular story that involves a villain and the police but what is wrong with stories that reflect right from wrong?

I bought this for my almost 3 year old and don't really think that some of the stories are suitable. 2 of them are about "crooks" and stealing presents and jewels. The Police appear in the stories more than Rudolph.

As with most Usborne books, this one is excellent as well. The actual quality is the best there is in terms of durability and the stories a very light and cute with lovely illustrations.
