Bought this on impulse as I was wondering round the sales feeling very sluggish and post-christmas! Have done it a couple of times now, it's fantastic, makes a great start to the day, fab music. The exersizes are fairly simple but you can feel them working which I love. Especially like the Bleakley blaster which I can see myself using when I have less time!

Suggested my mum buy this for my girlffriend for xmas as their both big fans of CB. However I now cant use our TV as she's been on it every day since! Apparently the bit about toning the arms is great -i look forward to seeing the results!

Was really inspired by Christine's sister's story and decided to purchase this DVD to kick start my New Years resolution to loose weight. Woke up this morning and completed the DVD and I am feeling great. Felt the exercises were challenging but achievable, am looking forward to seeing the results as I continue to do the DVD.

A Good Workout
Hard work, quickly raises heart rate to the target zone, generally a good alround workout. Easy and clear to follow, targets the major muscle groups.
