I looked at this dvd several times before I Purchased it as I wasn't quite sure as it didn't have any reviews but I thought what the heck I SHALL be the first and give it a go - BAD MISTAKE!!

Firstly Im not quite sure why she's even standing on a Step as most of the workouts are dance moves on the floor NOT ON THE STEP. It's confusing and badly Choreographed moves left my feet in a tangle and I was exhausted by share frustration trying to keep up with her very poor erratic movement! This dvd has a lot to be desired and is extremely misleading. If you have a large front room and want a Cardio Dance dvd with an instructor who talks continuously all the way through your workout then this is the one to buy, if not, slowly click the Back button on your brower and choose something else - PLEASE!
