My little cousin's confirmation was last month and I had to buy this as soon as I saw it. I believed it was a perfect gift for her confirmation, mostly because it is a Limited Edition for 2012, it has the 2012 Diamond Jubilee Mark, so she will be reminded forever of this special date. And I was right, still after one month she treasures it like nothing else and she is always so careful touching it, as if the bible were a delicate flower.
The white is perfect for the occasion. Plus, the presentation box it comes with is impeccable, so it does not need any wrapping.

For my daughter's confirmation I bought this bible as a gift. People treasure bibles and your first bible is something that we hold onto for a life time. It was delivered in a box ready to be presented as a gift. The white cover is soft and has a lovely image of a lamb embossed on the front. The cross on the front in silver is beautiful and has silver hallmarks. The pages are perfectly bound between the covers.
Inside the front cover was a place to write her name and the date. The size makes it easy to carry around and it fits in her little church bag. She loves it and carries it church every Sunday. I bought this item for my granddaughter to mark the occasion of her confirmation.
