One of the best music Blu rays I have ever seen. Stunning picture quality and content. Chris Botti is relatively unknown in the UK but is a remarkable performer that deserves a wider audience in the UK. He rarely tours here but played one sell out date in London last year which I went to an was blown away.
Although it is a US Blu Ray it is Region 0 so will play on UK Blu Ray players.

The video quality is excellent and the show itself has some fantastic guests and excellent arrangements.
But the sound is not the best. In comparison to Chris Botti's other live Blu-Ray "Chris Botti - Live With Orchestra And Special Guests" the Dolby TruHD sound track is somewhat dull and lacks the superb bass of this other offering. That said Its certainly better the Stevie Wonders Blu-ray. There is one shot of a lady playing the harp but no harp to be heard. Maybe I was just expecting the level of quality and care taken in the mix for "Live With Orchestra And Special Guests". It is still a pleasure to watch though .

Spectacular Concert!!

I was there for both nights of the taping in Boston. This concert was phenomenal. The performance with Steven Tyler is worth the price of admission alone. Chris Botti has a knack for getting "A" list guests and getting something totally new from each of their performances. A stunning recording of a spectacular night.

Spectabular show!

I caught this show on PBS-WTTW in Chicago and it is spectacular! I fell in love during this show! Chris Botti is a dream on the trumpet and the show from start to finish was fantastic! He brings together such an array for talent that I was hooked from the first minute. Even if you are not a "jazz" fan, this music is so mellow, so contemporary, so eclectic, so luscious that you can't help but enjoy it as I did. I want to hear (see) it again, and again!!!
