Their first recording was a cover of Michael MacDonald’s Empty Hearts’ This appears on the first Chris and Kellie release available in this double pack alongside their second album ‘Too Few Songs’. Recognised internationally as one of the finest singers and writers on the acoustic circuit Chris While’s reputation as a top class performer and writer is without doubt. This new re-release of two albums recorded with her daughter Kellie is a chance to hear part of a project they feel they’re always working on. As Kellie says ‘….for us, singing together comes almost as naturally as breathing - it feels right and I suppose that's due to our special bond, the physical aspect of being related and because it’s something we’ve always done. The songs on these albums come from a range of highly acclaimed and established song-writers including Bob Dylan, Ron Sexsmith and David Francey.
