Right from the start you are drawn into this book. Not just by the plot, but by the characters. They are so well depicted that within a couple of chapters you cannot help but feel you've known them for years. I found myself so emotionally attached to them that I had to keep reading the next chapter to find out how they reacted to the situations they found themselves in. A very readable book.

This book has a cleverly woven plot which succeeds in capturing the reader's attention throughout. Erin Kaye writes a dramatic yet realistic tale which is well worth reading! A good pace and very enjoyable.

I liked this book because of the intricate plot and fast-moving story line. It confronts a lot of issues that every-day people have to face, and how they live with their decisions, and what the consequences of those decisions might be - quite realistic. A good read I thought. I also thought the plot flowed a little more smoothly than the first book I read by the same Author. I would definitely recommend this book.
