The picture is nothing like the products as received.
Those look like good chili pepper pete's dried chilis. What I got were like hard cardboard and do not rehydrate well, chop well, grind well and cannot be used without re-hydration and that still terrible. Even after frying in oil with garlic and onion and cooking in a chilli for probably 1.5 hours they still came out inedible and chewy (something I've never had an issue with before with other chilis). On the not so bad side they have a perfectly adequate flavour.
They say they are sourced from Chili Pepper Pete's (who are excellent) but having used them several times direct from their website and shop there seems to be no relation to the products they sell from their store and this. No indication on the label either so I'm suspicious they are from there at all, They came in cheap cellophane-like wrapping not sealed airtight packets.
I would avoid and go for proper chilli pepper pete's or other quality supplier stuff.
