Really enjoyed this film and Jackie Chan's stunt work is amazing.

Really loved the scene where Jackie is being chased around a maze by guard dogs. Really well filmed and funny.

Got slightly worried half way in, when Jackie and his friends are attacked by pirates. The Scene location was begging for a classic Chan style fight scene but all we got were bad CGI bee's and an equally weak log ride in the jungle.

I was thinking is it all stunt work and no classic fight scenes that we know and love Jackie for.... Then at the end BOOM... just what I had been waiting for. A vintage, classic fight scene.. Great use of props and fast and funny and Jackie moved like he was half his age.. Found it funny and exciting and left me wanting more...

After watching the outtakes and a stunt that goes horribly wrong, I would now be more than happy with hours of great films Jackie has given us over the years and see the man retire from doing all his own stunts..

Only thing left and I am sure Jackie Chan fan's around the world will agree... Thank you Jackie for years of making me laugh, gasp with excitement at your crazy stunts and last but not least your amazing fight scenes.. ..

Also known as "Armour of God III." Jackie Chan stars as Martin, aka Asian Hawk in this action comedy. Chan delivers as expected. Heavy action, comedy, and over choreographed fight scenes.

Chan is a master thief who uses his ability to steal art work. His latest job is to find and obtain the 12 bronze heads of the Chinese zodiac which were stolen in 1860. The movie has a theme of western civilization plunder and returning the loot.

The beginning was great with Chan being a human toboggan during his escape, even if he went faster than physically possible. The scenes lessened from this point as a smart adult action comedy turned into a kids movie by the pirate scene which included one man who reminded me of Johnny Depp.

The ending tapered off as the plot became a bit odd with the volcano. Fun popcorn film. Just don't expect too much.

Parental Guide: No f-bombs, sex, or nudity. Girl/girl fight.

Whats The Story.
Asian Hawk (Jackie Chan) is a soldier of fortune who leads a team to recover several lost artifacts from the Old Summer Palace - the bronze heads of the 12 Chinese Zodiac animals which were looted in the 1800s.

Their quest takes them around the world from the vineyards of France to the slopes of an active volcano with Hawk stopping at nothing to accomplish the mission.

good Jackie Chan fun, some bearable Chinese humor, classic story (with jungle firefight and gurl vs girl), and over the top 60+ stunts
developped : Jackie Fights arts mafia, sending a message for countries to unite agaisnt criminals selling to private parties national treasures. Recruited by a corp to steal the 12 Chinese animal heads, he'l helped by his friends, a cute female arceologist, and antagonised by mad jungle pirates, mafia goons and various martial arts practicioners. Story is average Jackie Chan stuff, with travel around the world (including Paris), and his wife on screen for the first time (that I know of). You can buy it for the Blu-ray quality and Jackie memories.

Poor film, editing too fast to have any idea what is really going on and incidental characters that aren't fleshed out until a rushed final scene. Chan only really fights in the last half of the film, BUT you always forgive him because he is the best around.

The final fight is the best he has done since the forbidden kingdom. police story 2013 is a much better film but this films charm is that it does feel like a 90s chan film for all its flaws and its action.
