There aren't nearly enough reviews for this useful and fun little book. I bought this book because I have limited time to cook after coming home from work.
I agree with the previous 2 reviewers who said the recipes are simple and easy to follow. Each recipe is accompanied by a whole page photo of the finished dish.

I have taken one star off due to some of the recipes contradicting the 'quick' part in the title of the book. I found myself leaving some of the recipes to the weekend or days off to try as they required a little more preparation time. However, it is a good book to take inspiration from especially for a virtual novice like myself. I don't always have all the ingredients for a recipe but I will substitute with what I have (eg the Sichuan prawns I used chilli oil instead of chilli sauce and omitting the spring onions altogether, not having any to hand) and it still comes out tasting great.
