I wasn't sure what to expect from this, as I don't think you were able to look inside the book before buying. However, when it arrived it was exactly what I wanted for my niece's. It has easy to follow instructions with pictures, isn't over complicated and brought back lots of memories from my own childhood.

When I was little, we literally only had a piece of elastic from my Mums sewing box and were taught the moves by other girls presumably! Now it's all in this book complete with 2 differing lengths of elastics. It shows all the moves very well with great drawings and I can't wait to play it with my daughter and recapture my youth!

Bought this for my daughter to get out during a 'bored moment" in the Summer Holidays. She loved it and was something active to do inside on a rainy day. I must confess I've enjoyed it too. It was lovely to share a school playground game with her and teach her something she could introduce to her friends at school. The book came with two elastics one long and one short and a range of games to play with them - when it was just the two of us playing we used chair legs and the other "people". The games are very well described and easy to follow and include the very game I used to play when I was little. I would highly recommend this.
